Partnership
Due to the continuously increasing number of international leads and interested investors, M&A World has decided to expand its network with the mission of building the largest global community of M&A professionals. We offer two types of Strategic Partnerships. The Internal Partners (I) are subcontractors who collaborate closely with M&A World to finalize transactions based on M&A World’s methodology. Internal Partners receive fee-sharing based on the tasks and roles they undertake in each project. Becoming an Internal Partner is free of charge. The Independent Partners (II) manage their own sell-side or buy-side mandates, handle transactions independently, and benefit from M&A World’s global network, international databases, skilled Support Center, and standalone solutions such as the M&A World Matchmaking Platform. The main goals of joining as an Independent Advisor are to find suitable Investors and/or Targets, receive leads, sell services, and close transactions independently. Advisors have the flexibility to choose to become an Internal Partner, an Independent Advisor, or both, based on their preferences. Partners have the flexibility to determine their roles and tasks on each engagement based on their expertise and interests, recorded it into M&A World Project Management Platform. Fee-sharing is based on the undertaken roles and tasks.
