Prior to assuming this global responsibility in 2011, Charles was the Canadian M&A practice leader. The M&A Transaction Services group provides broad M&A services to financial and strategic buyers and sellers throughout all stages of a transaction - from strategy, targeting, structuring and deal execution, to integration and synergy identification, quantification and realization.
