Peter Wallace is the founder and Managing Director of Endeavour Capital, an independent advisory company.  Endeavour Capital’s operations include acquisitions, business sales, directorships, succession planning and valuations.

Peter Wallace has over twenty five years experience in advising smaller and mid sized businesses and has been a non-executive director of over 30 company groups in a wide range of industries including; biotechnology, distribution, financial services, healthcare, information technology, manufacturing and retail.

Peter is non executive chairman of ASX listed Ambertech Limited (audio and broadcast products) and until May 2012 was non executive chairman of ASX listed Ideas International Limited (strategic IT marketing).

Peter has a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Business Administration, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an Associate of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers, Registered Business Agent, Registered Business Valuer, Certified Practicing Business Broker and an accredited Mindshop facilitator.
